Press SBU is an app for submitting appeals, complaints and suggestions and following how they are handled. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Phone number — used to sign in with a one-time SMS code.
• Name — shown on your appeals so staff can respond to you.
• Appeal content — the text, photos, videos, voice recordings and documents you attach, and messages you exchange with staff.
• Location (optional) — only if you choose a place on the map for an appeal. The app does not track your location in the background.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not track you across other apps or websites, and do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How data is used

Your data is used only to receive, review and answer your appeals. Only staff responsible for your appeal can see it. For confidential appeals your name and phone number are hidden from most staff.

Storage and security

Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on our servers. Files can only be downloaded through short-lived signed links. Every access by staff is logged.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. Your phone number and name are removed and you are signed out. Appeals you already submitted are kept as records of the review process, without your personal details.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

• Ism — murojaatga javob berish uchun.

• Joylashuv (ixtiyoriy) — faqat xaritada joy tanlasangiz.

Ma'lumotlar reklama uchun ishlatilmaydi, uchinchi shaxslarga berilmaydi va sotilmaydi. Ular faqat murojaatingizni ko'rib chiqish va javob berish uchun ishlatiladi.

Hisobni ilovaning o'zida o'chirish mumkin: Profil → Hisobni o'chirish. Telefon raqamingiz va ismingiz o'chiriladi.
